Keep track of homework. Each day record the homework given to ensure that students understand what is expected of them. They can mark homework as it is completed.

Keep track of assignments and tests/exams. Mark important dates on the printable calendars to enable students know exactly when exams are and when assignments are due.

Dedicate each week or month to reinforce a new skill. Keep track of the skills that you have chosen to reinforce and those that will be tackled in the future.

Mark Independence Day for each country and learn a few fun and interesting facts about that country. If you want to involve the students you can ask a few children to bring photos or things that they have from that country. You might even find volunteers who are prepared to prepare ethnic food to give students a taste of the local cuisine in that country.

Keep track of class chores and responsibilities. Write down the person responsible for various chores or responsibilities each day.

Teach students a new word each day. Write the new word each day on the printable calendar and their vocabulary will increase profoundly.

Identify historic events that took place on that day many years ago. Discuss the event and get kids interested in history! Learn a few interesting facts about the even and make learning fun!

Record the time of sunrise and sunset each day and ask students to calculate the amount of daylight each day.

Add the names of famous people born each day and briefly discuss who they are, what they did and fun facts about them. This makes learning fun and improves general knowledge.

Keep track of student’s birthdays. Make a birthday card which each student signs and give it to the birthday girl/boy.
